The booking process for hotels

Once you have read a hotel or trip review and you are inspired to make a booking inquiry, click on the Book Directly link. Then follow the below steps:

Step 1: Select arrival and departure dates; choose number of adults, children and infants traveling and their respective ages; and choose the number of rooms needed.

Step 2: A list of different room types on offer are displayed with base room prices and total base price (excluding taxes and other extras). Note that this does not represent real availability of rooms. Please read the terms & conditions carefully. Select the room category you want.

Step 3: Enter the name of travelers and gender. In the message section, you can write directly to the hotel or trip operator with a request for a detailed quote, any comments, questions, or clarifications that you may have.

Step 4: Create an account with us along with a login and password. Click to confirm. Your booking request goes directly to the hotel or trip operator. You are now on the “My Space” page where you can see the details and the status of the reservation request that you have just made. You can always log in to your account and see the status.

Step 5: Once done, an email alert is sent to your email address giving you your login and password. You will receive an alert when the hotel owner has responded with a priced quote, or a response. To see your response, please logon to our website and your account. You can now reply back to the hotel through the same interface.

Step 6: Once you have finalized your booking, you will need to pay the deposit using your credit card on a secure payment gateway provided on our website. Once we have received your deposit, your booking is confirmed and the hotel will contact you for the balance payment and documentation.
