The booking process for package holidays

Look through the tour packages available, read the details and click on the “Book Directly link.” Then follow the below steps:

Step 1: You can see the pricing details and what is actually included in the package, extra bed, child and infant policy and arrival and departure transfers by clicking on “read more”. Once you are satisfied, to continue with your booking, click on "Book this period"

Step 2: Select your departure date then choose which accommodation package you would like, how many people in each room, etc. then the gender and full name(s) of everybody traveling. Then scroll down the page, here you will see a box marked “Write a message”, if you have any questions or comments you can write them here. After that, just click the box marked “Accept terms and conditions of this product.” Then you are ready for the final step. Click “Continue”.

Step 3: Here is where you can log in if you already have an existing account or if not where you can make a new one. Once you have filled in your name, email, city and country and then made a password, click on “Continue” and your log in details will be sent to your email address followed by an alert when the tour operator has responded with a priced quote, or a response. To see your response, please logon to our website and your account. You can now reply through the same interface.

Step 4: Once you have finalized your booking, you will need to pay the deposit using your credit card on a secure payment gateway provided on our website. Once we have received your deposit, your booking is confirmed and the tour operator will contact you for the balance payment and documentation.
